:

Assist with general site preparation and cleanup to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Move materials and equipment to support various teams on-site. Perform a variety of physical tasks, including raking, digging, laying sod, lifting, and carrying as needed.

Landscaping Tasks:

Assist with planting shrubs & trees, laying sod, laying fabric, raking and spreading rock & mulch and installing irrigation to help create well-kept outdoor spaces. Other tasks as assigned.

Backfilling Tasks:

Assist with backfilling trenches and holes following excavation work, ensuring proper compaction and site stability. Installing weeping tile, dimple board, etc. Operate tampers and packers. Rake and spread various aggregates. Other tasks as assigned. Follow safety procedures and maintain site organization throughout the project. Support other workers and tradespeople in completing daily tasks. Daily paperwork including safety documents.
