Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable labourers to join our crew. This role is hands-on and will involve assisting with various tasks on construction sites to support equipment operators and supervisors.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site clean-up Assist equipment operators and tradespeople as needed Load, unload, and move materials around the worksite Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements:
Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but not required Physically fit and able to perform manual labour Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Own transportation to job sites preferred
