SALARY RANGE
: $22 - $29 Hourly
Wage subject to change depending on project and in accordance with Project Labour Agreement (PLA) requirements. If travel is required, a Living Out Allowance (LOA) and applicable uplifts will be provided in accordance with company policy.
THE ROLE
As a Labourer, you will assist skilled tradespersons by performing essential labouring activities at various construction sites. You will be a key team player in supporting construction operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity across diverse projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth within the construction industry

RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload construction materials and move materials to designated work areas.
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Assist tradespersons in various construction activities.
Help heavy equipment operators secure special attachments, signal operators, and assist with other activities.
Level earth to fine grade specifications using rakes and shovels.
Assist in demolishing buildings, sorting, cleaning, and piling salvaged materials.
Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment for daily tasks.
Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, and compacting spaces.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

While not required, these industry recognized certificates are considered an asset: First Aid with Transportation, Endorsement, Confined Space, Fall Arrest, Traffic Control Ticket, Telehandler Certification, Zoom Boom Training?
