In This Role, You Will:

Clean units under construction both inside and out Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups and caulking Performs intense physical labour on a daily basis

What You Bring:

Organized with attention to detail Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required Ability to lift 35 pounds

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
