Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer (Evenings) to join our team on our 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects specifically within the Assemble, Siding and Drywall departments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position works Monday to Thursday, 11 hours shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas, ensuring a safe working environment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tools and equipment. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required, providing assistance where needed.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety procedures is a plus. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
