What We Offer

40 hours per week
$28.48 per hour
6% vacation pay
Hands-on experience in the gas utility sector
A temporary position for approximately 6 to 8 months with potential for permanent opportunities within our company

About the Role
As a Labourer, you'll support a dedicated work group with hands-on, physically demanding work.
Day-to-day tasks may include:

Performing general labour duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site clean-up
Assisting with construction, service, or maintenance activities related to natural gas systems
Supporting installation, repair, or replacement of gas lines, meters, and related equipment
Handling tools, materials, and equipment, including setup and basic maintenance
Responding to service-related work or emergency situations as required

What You Bring

High School Diploma, GED, CAEC, or equivalent
Valid Alberta Class 5 drivers license with clean abstract
Ability to complete pre-employment conditions such as background check and alcohol and drug screening
Ability to work outdoors and handle physically active tasks
Experience as an apprentice gasfitter or work in trades, hydrovac, concrete, general labor, landscaping, construction, mechanical, or field service is an asset
