Our capabilities include traditional and advanced Non Destructive Examination (NDE), corrosion monitoring, structural steel inspections QA/QC fabrications shop inspection, mining equipment inspection, and material testing. This has been made possible by our team of seasoned managers, engineers, and engineering technologists as well as qualified CWB, CGSB, ASNT, and AWS staff members. We are an accredited CSA 178.1 Certified organization under the Canadian Welding Bureau, ISO 9001:2015.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time permanent position assisting NDE, helping and managing the equipment, and training for inspection.

The majority of the inspection work is located in and around the Edmonton, Alberta area with occasional travel to various locations within Alberta, Canada.

This is a fast-paced position and an opportunity to grow and became a Junior NDE. This is occasionally a physically demanding position and requires a candidate that is reasonably physically fit.

Job Responsibilities:

The appropriate candidate will:

- Assist inspectors with their duties while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

-Oversee the maintenance and management of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Regularly communicate with CIC Inspection & Consulting Ltd's administrative staff to keep information up to date and current.

-Help maintain general cleanliness and organization of the shop.

-Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.

-Ability to identify and solve problems as they arise.

-Perform driving duties as required.

Requirements:

The appropriate Candidate must:

-Must hold a valid class 5 driver's license.

- Must be at least 25 years old with a clean driver abstract

- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Must be reasonably physically fit to perform laborer job requirements..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
