Duties

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment within the worksite Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities as directed by supervisors Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and stacking materials Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
