Due to our exciting growth, we're looking for a motivated Labourer to join our dynamic team!

Position: Labourer

A strong work ethic and reliability

A willingness to learn and take direction

Any hands-on experience or proven work history is a plus

Duties:

Operate various construction equipment and machinery

Prepare and clear construction sites of debris before work begins

Assist with loading and unloading construction materials

Follow instructions from the Project Manager

Clean the work site of debris and equipment after work is completed

Skills to Gain and Improve:

Basic math skills

Measuring and planning abilities

Knowledge of building codes

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials or structures

Proficiency with various hand tools and power tools

Good time management and multitasking skills

Physically and mentally fit

Strong communication skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work varying hours

Job Type:

Full-time, permanent

Compensation:

Competitive wage between $20-$25 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Ownership of basic framing tools

Willingness to work between Oakville, Hamilton, and Georgetown

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
