Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary
Requirements will include Working at heights, WHIMS and Health and Safety in four steps

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
