Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of flooring, tiles, according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Engage in trim carpentry, caulking, and remodeling projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the site. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or flooring industry is preferred. skills in flooring installation, tile laying, hardwood, carpet & carpentry (not a requirement but helpful to have knowledge ) Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new techniques in the field. must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation physically be able to lift 50lbs dependable and punctual prepare and clean up at job sites
