Luxe Luminaire is seeking a dedicated and hardworking

Installer (Laborer)

to join our team. In this role, you will help bring homes to life by installing permanent outdoor LED lighting systems. No prior experience with lighting or electrical work is required -- we provide full training. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of permanent outdoor LED lighting systems on residential properties. Load and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform general site maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe, organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed, following all safety protocols. Support skilled team members during installation projects. Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and materials used when required. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on job sites.

Requirements

No experience with lighting installation or electrical work is required -- we will train you. Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an asset but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is an advantage. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
