Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Hours may vary slightly) Some Saturday Shifts may be required.Wages:

As a Laborer at Element Precast, you will play a role in our operations by assisting with various tasks, from cleaning the shop to assisting with forming and pouring structural concrete panels.Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the shop environment Assisting with forming and pouring concrete walls Assisting with installation of precast concrete walls (may be required to stay out of town for short period of time)
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in construction or manufacturing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects Strong work ethic and attention to detail Steel-toed boots required
