Job Description

Job Title: Laborer

Duties:

-Garage framing, basement developments, building decks and fences, screwing floors in new developments
- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as required
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction is expected - a minimum of 2 years experience required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from work - own vehicle preferred
