This position works a 12-week rotation, Monday-Friday, 5.75 and 5.50 hour shift between 1230-1830 hours, and every third Saturday or Sunday between 5.75 hours shift between 0700-1500 hours.

### Description:

As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.

Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications: Previous Phlebotomy experience and ECG certification.

Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience. ECG experience.
