Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards. Support the kitchen staff in cooking and assembling dishes efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and safety.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. A passion for cooking and an understanding of food safety regulations are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
