Duties

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Support team members in various kitchen tasks, including food handling, meal preparation, and cleaning duties. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to operational protocols. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and expand culinary skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
