Duties

Cook various menu items as directed by the head chef or kitchen supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support team members in meal preparation tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food service and kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and meal preparation is highly desirable.
