Job Overview:

As a Meal Prep Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing nutritious, balanced meals for our clients. You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring quality and consistency across all meal orders. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals based on provided recipes and customer preferences Portion meals into containers according to nutritional guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Ensure food safety standards are followed, including proper storage and handling of ingredients Assist with inventory management and ingredient prep Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or a commercial kitchen preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Passion for healthy eating and nutrition Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team player mentality

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
