We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional food service and customer experiences. You will be responsible for prepping food and cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, equipment and dishes.
Responsibilities
Cleaning kitchen, equipment and utensils
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food handling practices.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
A background in hospitality or guest services is beneficial but not required.
