Our massive, state-of-the-art facility features two multi-level racetracks, bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, mini golf, a full-service restaurant and bar, and more exciting attractions. General Accountabilities



? Prepare and cook recipes following portion and quality standards


? Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times


? Assist with food prep, cutting, and restocking throughout the shift


? Support dishwashing duties when needed


? Follow food safety and hygiene standards


? Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team


? Assist with receiving and storing deliveries


? Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor


? Work night shifts as needed (up to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays)


Job Qualifications


? Previous kitchen experience preferred


? Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment


? Able to work night shifts and weekends as needed


? Fluent in English.


? Team player with a positive attitude



Skills



? At least 1 year cooking experience.


? Excellent multi-tasking skills.


? Experience working more than one station at a time (preferred).


? Strong English communication skills.


? Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and ensure coworkers are supported in difficult and stressful situations.


? Ability to stand for extended periods of time and can lift up to 50lbs.
