Kitchen Supervisor

Duties
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and activities.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Ensure smooth operations during service (dine-in, takeout, catering).
Train, support, and motivate kitchen team members.
Monitor inventory, manage waste, and assist with ordering supplies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
Support chefs with food preparation when required.
Experience
Previous experience in a
supervisory or lead cook role
(restaurant or food service).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Passion for Mexican food and hospitality.
A background in restaurant work will be highly regarded as it demonstrates your capability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
