Yujiro Japanese Restaurant now hiring kitchen Line cook!
Job Summary
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces etc.)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Requirements:
Must Speak, Read, Understand Basic English
Knife skills is required
Must be able to multi-task
Willingness to learn
Adaptability
Strong work ethic
Ability to work as a team
Starting wage to be determined based on experience.
Must have at least 3 years experience in Line cook experience, an asset if experienced/knowledge in Sushi/Japanese restaurant
