Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the planning and execution of menu items, ensuring timely meal service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food service. Follow proper food handling techniques to ensure the safety and quality of all meals served. Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, specials, and operational improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
