Back of House (BOH) Supervisor
to help lead our kitchen team at our bustling Kensington location. This is an immediate opening, and we are only considering applicants with proven kitchen leadership experience.

What You'll Do:
Lead the Line:
Supervise the daily BOH operations, guaranteeing every dish meets Blanco's high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.
Mentor the Culinary Team:
Serve as the right-hand to the Kitchen Manager, coaching and developing kitchen staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain Kitchen Excellence:
Champion our strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen for the team and our guests.
Manage Resources:
Assist with inventory control, purchasing, and cost management to keep the kitchen running smoothly and profitably.
Be a Hands-On Leader:
Work alongside your team during peak hours, motivating them and ensuring a seamless service from start to finish.
Who You Are:
An Experienced & Proven Kitchen Leader:
This is a firm requirement. You must have
at least 2 years of direct experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Team Lead
in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Your resume must reflect this experience to be considered.
