Sky Castle Kitchen Staff
----Full Time/Part Time (RollerRink)This position will need an organized and proactive individual to help customers order their meals and prepare food.
General Accountabilities
Greet and welcome customers. Take orders and use a cash register
Be knowledgeable about menu items, menus changes and food preparation procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment that caters to the needs of children and families
Ensure safe food handling procedures
Prepare items to meet guest requests
Proactively refill the line with ingredients/supplies
Ensure that the kitchen area is always clean and orderly. Clean and sanitize kitchen area and equipment.
Be knowledgeable regarding allergy policies and procedures to ensure that guests are not at risk of allergic reactions
Must work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Job Qualifications
Pro Serve certificate is an asset
Be able to lift items weighted over 25lbs safely
Be able to stand for long periods.
