Duties includes not limited to:
Prepare/cook Japanese food main dishes, sides.
Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant.
Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene.
Qulifications:
Previous 1-2 years of experience in food service industry is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen enviroment.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
