We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing meals, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service Support cooking and plating of dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures at all times Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage Support serving staff by preparing orders for delivery or dine-in customers Ensure all food products are stored correctly and waste is minimized Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Skills

Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry practices Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the kitchen as needed Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and kitchen operations
