About Us:

We are a busy, locally-loved Fish and Chips restaurant located in the heart of Woodstock. We're known for serving classic comfort food with great service in a friendly, fast-paced environment. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team!

Position Overview:

As a Kitchen Staff member, you'll play a key role in preparing and cooking food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring every plate that goes out meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to order (frying, portioning, plating) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Follow food safety procedures Keep kitchen stocked and organized Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (not required - we'll train the right person!) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player Flexible availability (weekends and evenings may be required)
