We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations to ensure safe food handling practices.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
