Kitchen Personnel

Position Summary

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Personnel to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and finishing high-quality food items such as pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and other dishes, while ensuring consistency with company standards. You'll also support with reheating or baking prepared foods and play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Assembly

Assemble sandwiches, salads, and pizzas according to company recipes and customer orders. Prepare and portion fresh ingredients, including vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces. Reheat or bake prepared items such as casseroles, starches, proteins, and baked goods. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Quality Control & Cleanliness

Keep all workstations, prep tables, and equipment sanitized and organized. Sterilize utensils, equipment, and surfaces before and after use. Check ingredient freshness regularly, discarding expired or spoiled items.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with service staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders. Assist with unpacking, storing, and organizing food and supplies. Support fellow kitchen staff with prep and cleaning tasks when needed.

Additional Duties

Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations. Participate in end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Communicate inventory needs or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
