I'm looking for a Kitchen Manager to open a new small restaurant/bar in Toronto's west end. I'm seeking a talented and experienced Chef/experienced cook with managment experience to run the kitchen. I would like someone I can work closely with as the owner/operator and front of house manager to create and execute a unique upscale pub type menu. The ideal candidate will have established connections with local food vendors, experience creating a menu, hiring and leading staff, costing menu items, prepping and preparing exceptional dishes and the overseeing of all daily kitchen operations. Red Seal certification preferable but not necessary. Must ok with working late nights.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
