We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of the food industry. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop innovative menus
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen& food quality.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and ensure efficient workflow.
Organize and maintain inventory
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Prepare and submit reports & Conduct performance reviews
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Experience
3 years of kitchen management or more
