Skills

Dietary department experience is preferred, with an understanding of dietary needs Proven experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role within the food industry Strong menu planning skills, with an eye for nutrition and variety Fine dining experience is a plus, showcasing attention to detail in presentation Proficient in food preparation techniques, including cooking and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food products Excellent knife skills for efficient meal preparation Experience in catering services is advantageous, enhancing event dining experiences Background in restaurant or kitchen environments, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced settings Culinary experience that reflects creativity and passion for food service
