We're looking for a hands-on BOH Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at our Kenzington - Downtown Barrie location. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in running a strong, organized, and positive kitchen.
What You'll Do
Lead and support the BOH team during service and prep
Oversee food quality, consistency, and execution
Manage BOH labour, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
Handle ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
Maintain health & safety standards and cleanliness
Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff
Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service
Bring ideas, solutions, and leadership to the table
What We're Looking For
Previous BOH leadership or Kitchen Manager experience
Strong line skills and service execution
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold people accountable
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Cost-conscious with an understanding of food and labour targets
