The Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Implement new menu items and specials in collaboration with the culinary team.
