Nous recherchons la perle rare pour gerer la cuisine et le staff.

-Heures d'ouvertures de 11:30 a 21:30 ou 22:00 dependamment des mois

-Staff tres reduit. Un cuisinier et un plongeur par quart de travail en plus du chef/manager

-Menu deja etabli mais place a la creation si le candidat veut exprimer ses talents culinaires.

-Etablissement tres populaire aupres des etudiants, gens de bureaux et voisinage. Reputation etablie depuis plus de 20 ans.

Pour cette position nous recherchons un candidat possedant les caracteristiques suivantes.

-Experience en cuisine de minimum de 3 a 4 ans dont 2 ans dans une position de chef, sous chef, chef de partie.

-Qualites de leadership indeniables: motivation, encadrement, respect et empathie envers son staff

-Tolerance zero pour la discrimination sous toutes ses formes

-Interet indispensable a la cuisine 100% vegetale.

-Sens du detail developpe.

-Fierte a servir des plats de qualite

-Esprit creatif et palais developpe

We are looking for the perfect candidate to manage the kitchen and the staff.

-Opening hours from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. depending on the month

-Highly reduced staff. A cook and a dishwasher per shift in addition to the chef / manager

For this position we are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics

-Experience in the kitchen of at least 3 to 4 years including 2 years in a position of chef, sous chef, chef de partie.

-Undeniable leadership qualities: motivation, supervision, respect and empathy towards his staff

-Zero tolerance for discrimination in all its forms

-Indispensable interest in 100% vegetable cooking.

-Developed sense of detail.

-Pride in serving quality dishes
