Spot On Kitchen & Bar opened in March 2015 in the South West Calgary community of Garrison Green. From the kitchen of owner Bil Schwalm, Spot On offers an inviting, family friendly experience driven by locally sourced, consistently amazing comfort food.

Experienced Kitchen Manager
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Ensure all food is handled safely and meets health regulations.
Assist in meal preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and timely meal delivery.
Monitor inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and train a team of highly skilled cooks.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a restaurant or kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques
Excellent food service skills, including serving and customer interaction
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
good team communication and management abilities.
