Atlantic Host Hotel, Trademark Collection By Wyndham Hotels is looking for a Head Chef to join our team.

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead all food and beverage operations, including food preparation, plate presentation, and service. You will ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes, menu standards, and customer requests.

As the Head Chef you will:

Ensure that recipes are followed and standard operating procedures are followed at all times.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Manage kitchen staff and ensure they are following recipes and standard operating procedures at all times. Prepare all food products correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure that daily supplies are ordered and prepared for the restaurant.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years in a high-volume kitchen

Experience with the hiring, training, scheduling, discipline, and motivation of all kitchen staff.

Experience with the hiring, training, discipline, and management of catering orders received by phone or fax. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and use judgment to decide what needs to be done next. Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time; must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
