Our kitchen team supports everyday clubhouse dining as well as tournaments, weddings, and special events. We are looking for dependable, motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team.

Position Overview
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with consistency, speed, and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory rotation.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Support banquet, tournament, and event service as needed.
Follow all opening and closing procedures for the kitchen.
We are looking for an individual to help out over the Holiday Season with possibility to extend after the New Year.
Please note: we are not on a bus route so transportation is required.
