Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards . Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food service tasks as needed Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work various shifts. Weekends availability required.
