We have an exciting opportunity as Daytime Kitchen Lead for
Tre Fantastico
at the beautiful Parkside Hotel.
You will:
Develop and create and 4-5 weekly features each week, cook on line and share with your team
Manage and offer feedback to team members
Communicate and collaborate as needed with both Caffe Fantastico Roastery and Fantastico bar-deli kitchens
Report to Fantastico General Manager and Company Head Chef
Ensure compliance of all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to provincial standards
Complete monthly inventory, maintain current costs
Prepare and publish kitchen staff schedules by email, with team updates
Prepare weekly invoices for administration
Maintain quality and consistency of food
Oversee and report equipment upkeep and maintenance
You have:
A passion for local and seasonal food and an eye for detail
Excellent communication and the ability to work seamlessly with others in all departments
Ability to work independently and are self-motivated
A clear understanding of an operationally efficient kitchen
Ability to be organized in a kitchen with a complex layout
Level 1 and 2 Food Safe
