Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper/Driver to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation and deliver lunches during lunch hour. This role is ideal for someone who likes a mix of working in a kitchen environment, and also cruising on the road. Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as directed by the cook or chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Support the kitchen staff during service by preparing garnishes and assisting with plating dishes. Deliver food to client's offices/ on-set locations Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure a sanitary workspace.

Skills

Experience in meal preparation or food handling is required. A valid Class 5 driver's license is essential for delivery Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for cleanliness and orderliness. Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation. Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
