Job Overview:
We are seeking kitchen helpers or line cooks to join our team. Opening hours are 5PM-2AM. Kitchen last calls at 1AM.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Monitor food supplies and communicate inventory needs to management
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operationsSkills:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques
- Understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
