Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen/ dining area operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth workflow in our fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste. Help cooks with cooking tasks as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared according to safety and quality standards. Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor suitable for hospitality settings. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the kitchen.
