Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals as per menu requirements
Make fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, and subs to order
Assist with daily food prep and kitchen setup
Handle meat confidently, including cutting, cooking, and serving
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
Valid
Food Handler Certificate
(must be presented at the time of interview)
Experience in a commercial kitchen or food service setting preferred
Comfortable handling all types of meat
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
