Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the cooking staff in delivering high-quality meals. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety standards. Support the cooking staff during peak hours by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking tasks as needed. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager. Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts. A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and cooking.
