Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic cooking environment. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed. Support the cooking staff during busy periods by providing assistance with various tasks. Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety standards.

Skills

Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation processes are advantageous. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field.
