We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu guidelines.
Assist in the planning of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food handling practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Provide support to other kitchen staff as required, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
Experience
Minimum
2 years of experience as a Head Chef
or in a similar leadership kitchen role
Strong
English communication skills
(Mandarin is a plus)
Able to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
