Skills & Qualifications



Knife Skills

- Precise cutting and dicing of fish, vegetables, and toppings.

Food Preparation

- Experience with marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients.

Understanding of Food Safety

- Especially for handling raw fish (e.g., HACCP knowledge).

Speed & Efficiency

- Able to assemble bowls quickly without sacrificing quality.

Attention to Detail

- Consistent presentation, portion sizes, and cleanliness.

Experience (Preferred)



Previous experience in: Sushi preparation Poke bowl stations Fast-casual kitchens or quick-service restaurants Familiarity with Hawaiian, Japanese, or Asian-fusion cuisines. Working with seafood, especially raw fish (tuna, salmon, etc.). Learning to master Onigiri
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
